The name 4:16 (Four Sixteen) is based on 1st Tim 4:16.
“Keep a close watch on yourself and on the teaching. Persist in this, for by so doing you will save both yourself and your hearers.” 1Tim.4:16 (ESV)
The bible verse represents the groups meaning and it’s mission statement. The groups purpose is to teach the youth the scripture and through this excite and involve the youth in regular bible reading and studying of the scripture. We believe that this is the main purpouse of the church and it’s affiliations, therefore we encourage all expository bible teaching and welcome everyone to join or visit 4:16.
