This January Bryte Youth will be starting a new series, “Freedom in Christ.” In this series we will be looking at the life of a believer and how they should live now that they are Christian? And what impact does this change have in their life? There are 3 main aspects we will be looking at, Freedom from Sin, Freedom from the Law, and the Freedom to Serve.

Join us this January for this new series and learn how to grow in the wonderful Freedom in Christ. 

“For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.”
Galatians 5:1 (ESV)

Freedom In Christ from

Stauros– Stauros means an upright pale or stake which took various forms at different times. (Matt. 27:32, 40, 42; Col. 1:20; 2:14; Heb. 12:2; Phil. 2:8)

Xulon– This word is used of both a tree and of the cross. The point is that one of the words used in the New Testament for the cross is a word that also means “tree,” “wood,” or “a piece of wood” and hence, anything made of wood. (Acts. 5:30; 20:39; 13:29.)

Whether you have a fake or a real Christmas Tree it is important that you and your family do not relate it to old pagan traditions or a cultural celebration that you were brought up into. But, make the “tree” be a reminder of the ultimate gift of sacrifice that was paid for your sins and a chance to celebrate the risen Savior, our Lord Jesus Christ.  

 1 Peter 2:24: He himself bore our sins in his body on the “tree” (XULON), that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed.

So this Christmas morning when you see the gifts under your Christmas Tree, take time to remember God’s gift that was poured out under the “tree” of the cross, His Blood; which was shed for your sins and gave you the right to be called the sons and daughters of God! (Romans 5:1-11)

    We would like to take this time to remind you that we are still selling Christmas Trees to raise funds for our Missions Groups and spread the news of the great gift of salvation. We hope you have a Merry Christmas!

Мы рады объединиться с Молодёжным отделом Альянса ЕХБ Северной Америки, совместно с Peter Deyneka Russian Ministries, и провести 11 Ноября 2011 г. «День Поста и Молитвы» за славянскую молодёжь! В трудное время нравственных падений, соблазнов и влияния мира, возвысим голос молитвы. Наша молодежь также будет принимать участие в этот день молитвы и поста. Мы хотели бы призвать всех, кто способен выделить этот день с нами и молиться за следующие нужды:

1. За пробуждение
2. За освящение и целомудрие
3. За укрепление в вере
4. За ревностное служение Богу нашей молодежи

Как можно провести этот день?

1. Воздержание от пищи и воды.
2. Сделать круглосуточную молитвенную цепочку
3. Провести тематическое служение на темы: о молодёжи и молитве.
4. Провести молитвенную ночь бдения.
5. Собраться утром рано (где-то на природе) для молитвы.
6. Вспомнить друзей, которых Вы давно не видели, которые может быть отошли от церкви и посетить их или написать ободрительное письмо.
7. Собраться малыми группами или семьями для молитвы.

We are happy to partner with Alliance of Baptist Youth Department in North America, with the mission of Peter Deyneka Russian Ministries, and offer November 11, 2011 as ”The day of fasting and prayer” for the Slavic youth! Bryte Youth will also be taking part in this Day of Prayer and Fasting. We would like to encourage everyone who is able to set aside this day with us and pray for the following needs of Our youth and young people around the world. Some topics to pray about that were considered are the following:
1. For Revival
2. For Sanctification and Modesty (purity)
3. For Strengthening of the Faith
4. Passion for Service to God

How can You spend this day?

1. Fasting from food and water or your other daily needs (TV, Internet, Coffee, etc.)
2. Organize a Prayer Chain
3. Gather a service or small groups for study and prayer.
4. Conduct a Night Watch prayer
5. Take time off for prayer (early morning, out in nature, etc.)
6. Remember friends that you have not seen in a while, especially ones who are away from church and visit them, or contact them and see how they ae doing.
7. Gather with small groups or families to pray together.

У нас будет специальная сессия для молодежи в субботу 20 ноября. Те из вас, кто имел честь служить на поездку в другие страны и те, кто думал о том чтоб отправиться на миссионерскую поездку, мы призываем прийти и получить благословение, поощрять друг друга и и получить назидание, как мы следуем Писания. “Идите по всему миру и проповедуйте Евангелиевсего творения. (Марка 16:15)

We will have a special session for Youth on Saturday 11-20-11. Those of you who have had the privilege to serve on the mission field and those who have thought about going to a missions trip, we encourage to come and be blessed, encouraged and edified as we follow the scriptures to “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.” (Mark 16:15 ESV)
